Heating / Cooling in my unit does not seem to be working

  • If you are in a condo, then contact the building management. There are dates on which the building would start and stop the heating and cooling.

  • If the heating/cooling is working from their end, then please fill the support form for Bruinos

  • If you are in a detached/semi-detached / town home, please check the following

    • Your thermostat is set at the desired level

    • Your thermostat is showing that heating/cooling is on

    • You have been replacing filters every 3 months, and a dirty filter is not obstructing the air flow

  • If everything is in order and you still have an issue, then please fill out the support form for Bruinos

Please note that it might take 24-72 hours for a technician to visit your unit depending on their availability. For winter weather, make sure that you have space heaters in case of heating failure. For summers, make sure you have tower/table fans to keep you comfortable.
